KETTLEBELL LEG WORKOUT | PERFECT STRENGTH WORKOUT

In this Kettlebell Leg Workout Strength Workout we will be challenging the leg muscles within 30 minutes. This is a great workout for strengthening the leg muscles and burning a lot of calories due the mass of these muscles in combination with the resistance of the kettlebell.
In this workout we will be having 30 movements in total. We will be performing each movement for 45 seconds with 20 seconds rest in between the movements. After the first 15 movements there will be a 50 second break.
In this workout I'm using a 12kg, 16kg and 20kg kettlebell of KettlebellKings :

16. 17:11 Paused Goblet Squat
17. 18:16 Full Kettlebell Deadlift
18. 19:21 Narrow Romanian Deadlift
