KETTLEBELL LEG WORKOUT | PERFECT STRENGTH WORKOUT

In this Kettlebell Leg Workout Strength Workout we will be challenging the leg muscles within 30 minutes. This is a great workout for strengthening the leg muscles and burning a lot of calories due the mass of these muscles in combination with the resistance of the kettlebell.
In this workout we will be having 30 movements in total. We will be performing each movement for 45 seconds with 20 seconds rest in between the movements. After the first 15 movements there will be a 50 second break.

In this workout I'm using a 12kg, 16kg and 20kg kettlebell of KettlebellKings :

2. 01:25 Reverse Lunge Torso Twist (R)
3. 02:30 Hanging Reverse Lunge (L)
4. 03:35 Hanging Reverse Lunge (R)
5. 04:40 Goblet Squat Alternating Front Lunges
6. 05:45 Alternating Reverse Lunges
7. 06:50 ON/OFF Static Lunge (L)
8. 07:55 ON/OFF Static Lunge (R)
9. 09:00 Left Leg Walking Lunges
10. 10:05 Right Leg Walking Lunges
11. 11:10 Left Leg Kneeling Lunge
12. 12:15 Right Leg kneeling Lunge
13. 13:20 Single Leg Seated Hip Thrust (L)
14. 14:25 Single Leg Seated Hip Thrust (R)
15. 15:30 Alternating Lunge Swing

16. 17:11 Paused Goblet Squat
17. 18:16 Full Kettlebell Deadlift
18. 19:21 Narrow Romanian Deadlift
19. 20:26 Stiff Leg Deadlift To Full Deadlift
20. 21:30 Sumo Bounce Squat
21. 22:37 Behind The Neck Single leg Good Morning (L)

I did the workout 4 days ago, and last couple
Of days has been tough sitting on the toilet! This is my go to workout after heavy lifting and deadlifts!

My glutes were on fire! Legs shaking by the second half! Love ending with the kettlebell hikes! Was able to go heavier than last time I did this workout! ❤🦵🔥🥵 Thank you!😊

I usually take the stairs, but now after I finished this workout I feel like I am gonna be using lift for the entire next week. Great job Daniel.

Fully covered in sweat Daniel. This leg workout was intense. I loved the unilateral work. I really struggles with the pistol squats. Aby advice for how i can get better on that particular move. I love the no repeat format. Great work as usual. I always look out for your workouts.
