1. Jump Rope: 3 Minutes
2. Heavy Kettlebell Swings: 5 sets x 10 reps
3. Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat: 4 sets x 5 reps each side
4. Squat Jump w/ Reset: 4 sets x 3 reps
5. Kettlebell Goblet Squat: 3 sets x 10-15 reps
6. Suit Case Walking Lunges: 100 reps (Break up the sets however you want 10x10, 5x20)

Do you complete all the Kb swings first before moving on to the next exercise? Or are you cycling through the each workouts, then starting the next set?

I've definitely been slacking by not getting to those high reps ranges I can definitely see the benefits of hypertrophy in your legs sheesh

Your channel awesome but those kettle swings I fear will damage my lower back and my lower back is weak as Play doh I been doing deadlifts to help but not sure if it’s help me please and thank you

Why is he doing Kb swings that way if he's a trainer at Onnit, bc John & Eric master trainers at Onnit & somewhat of kettlebell specialists, literally do swings in a entirely opposite way. Can't tell us one thing & show us something else, idk.. maybe info overload, but it's like there are so many different variations of the same technique, which is actually proper ? Idk, 2many trainers or contradictory methods? Which one ??

Just take a good DB workout and switch it to KB for no reason at all ! Lame !
