2:48 The best vitamin for arthritis

In this video, we’re going to talk about a vitamin that can help relieve symptoms of arthritis. Arthritis involves inflammation, breakdown of cartilage, stiffness, and pain.

People often take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) to get rid of the pain associated with arthritis, but NSAIDs can cause gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and kidney problems. Steroids for pain can destroy your joints and lower your immune system.

This incredible remedy for arthritis is a precursor for NAD. NAD is a helper molecule that helps turn food into energy and is involved in over 400 different genes.

Signs of an NAD deficiency can include:
1. Low collagen repair
2. Inflammation
3. Fatigue
4. Muscle pain, muscle weakness, muscle loss
5. Metabolic diseases
6. Aging faster than normal
7. Lowered immune system

Niacinamide, a form of vitamin B3, is the best vitamin for arthritis. Try taking around 100 to 150 milligrams of niacinamide 3 to 6 times per day, depending on the severity of your arthritis.

Ensure you’re consuming sufficient protein for niacinamide to help with your arthritis symptoms, and it’s also best to avoid alcohol.

Tryptophan can also turn into vitamin B3, but the mechanism is not very efficient. Niacinamide is a non-toxic, effective, and affordable remedy for arthritis!

JUST an FYI: Niacin will also create the same effect on arthritis and inflammation. Just wanted to add this data.

I love when I can learn almost as much in the comment section as I can from the video itself. Thanks to all.

Taking niacinamide for arthritis will take time to work (weeks). Foods that are rich in niacinamide include chicken breast, salmon, anchovies, tuna, turkey, liver, ground beef, legumes and avocados. Alcohol consumption depletes niacinamide.

GAME CHANGER!!!I watched this video and purchased on April 26, 2024 and immediately started low dose multiple times a day. Today is May 29th and the results have been nothing short of amazing. 62 year old disabled vet, slowly doing more and more yard work daily and additional projects, I can work all day with minimal soreness in arthritic back and joints. I have seriously increased energy as well. 9 hours at amusement park with grandchildren yesterday, I was never tired or sore, at end of day I ran RAN to catch last roller coaster before park closed. I average 8-10 100 MG tablets per day. AMAZING!!

TLDW: B3
00:00 🦴 The best vitamin for arthritis is not vitamin D; it's niacinamide (Vitamin B3).
02:46 🧬 Niacinamide helps reduce oxidative stress in the endoplasmic reticulum, providing relief for arthritis symptoms.
03:13 💊 Take niacinamide in smaller amounts throughout the day (100-150mg) for optimal effectiveness in managing arthritis.
03:55 🍖 Ensure sufficient protein intake and avoid alcohol to support the beneficial effects of niacinamide on joint repair.
04:37 🌿 Niacinamide (B3) is a fascinating, non-toxic, and cost-effective natural remedy for arthritis, potentially aiding in improved sleep and energy levels.

Homemade bone broth has literally changed my life. I'm making it by simmering bones with marrow. For beef broth I also add oxtail for the gelatin. My neck has stopped creaking and cracking like popcorn. Chicken bone broth... I recommend adding chicken feet to the bone broth for more collagen.

I suffered from Osteoarthritis, and decided to try a carnivore diet for a month, instead of my Keto. The keto diet helped me loose some weight and control my insulin resistance, but did not solve the arthritis. After 3 weeks of carnivore, including Greek yoghurt, I was without pain! Even my decades long back pain, foot pain, pain and inflammation in my hands, it al disappeared!! Went on a vacation, could not always go full carnivore, so ate more veggies again, and sometimes restaurant food (=vegetable oils?) and my pain came back! Two weeks at home and back on track healing my body on carnivore.

I just started taking a 100mg of niacin in the morning last week. And it made a huge difference in how I feel! I sleep better, less anxiety, I feel happier and most of all my digestion improved!😊

After smelling alcohol on a city public bus driver's breath, I politely explained that NAD could be an effective treatment for alcoholism. I told him how it helps counter the depression and mood swings associated with post-acute withdrawal syndrome.
• Fewer withdrawal symptoms
• Improved cognitive function
• Cellular restoration
• Better metabolic function
• Antidepressant
• More energy
• Reduced cravings
Hope he finds it helpful! Thanks, Dr. Berg! Have a great day, everyone! 🙂

I took Niacin for something else and was completely surprised that my debilitating joint pain went completely away. Big toes and lower back were my major pain areas.
I take approx 3 grams a day. Be prepared for the flush as it can be alarming at the beginning. I stay saturated and I rarely flush anymore. Ive been doing this for around 5 years now.
Thanks for the informational videos.

Intermittent fasting 16-18 hours almost everyday worked for me, it was painful to work with my hands, very frustrating. I told my doctor and he said his wife did the same by fasting and got rid of her arthritis as well. Cutting down inflammation from fasting worked quickly. The pain was less and less. When I stopped fasting I noticed the pain would come back almost immediately. When I tell people about this most of them can’t imagine fasting this long but for me it’s worth it. Thank God for intermittent fasting.

Hi Dr Bergh. Thanks for this advice. I am 83 years old and had serious body pains and my hands were fill of painful knobs. Stumbled upon this recipe. Mixed it and immediately started using it about 18 years ago. Except 2 knobs that are nearly gone, all the rest disappeared. At my age I am taking no chronic medication and my body is, thanks to our Heavenly Father, pain-free.

For what it is worth I am sharing the recipe for whoever is brave enough to try it.

Equal amounts of bicarbonate of soda Epson salt, ginger and Sulphur. Mix well. Take about 1/4 teaspoon first thing in the morning.
Blessings
