Today I have this Joint-Friendly Cardio. This is a great go-to routine you can be doing daily to reduce those muscles and joints you have.
Stretching and keeping the body loose, is just as important as challenging your body through workouts. Keeping your body loose has endless benefits, but the main ones are loosening lactic acid in the muscle and helping prevent pressure building up in certain areas.
First we are just going to go over the movements, so you can perform this routine properly and get every inch of benefit ! Then we knock it out together side by side 💪
