This quick 10 minute cardio workout is great to do anytime on its own, or to serve as a warm up for the rest of your workout. There are 10 easy to follow exercises that are each completed for 1 minute. All moves are low impact and will increase your heart rate and warm up your muscles.
To decrease the intensity you can always just do the legs, and omit the arms. If you would like to increase the intensity you can add a little hop and/or perform the exercises at a faster pace.

A wonderful cardio workout that gets the heartrate up in no time. Great when you're short on time to do alone or as a warm up with another workout. I paired this with your Energizing Cardio Pilates Inspired Low Impact Workout which was very deceptive but very effective and fun one. I loved both of these! Thanks Lauren!

I did alot of 10 min exercise video's today Thanks for mentioning the modifications for leg exercises I'm having shoulder pain but standing up doing the exercises enabled me to do them

❤❤❤ super like. As usual, like all Laren videos, this one does not disappoint. Im 38 years old and i find the work out challenging enough but not frustrating. Feels good after finishing it. Laren’s cardio strength dumbbells weights mix are my go to videos. The pacing is just right. :) thank you again for this video.
