I took these symptoms as a sign to change my very unhealthy lifestyle. All from my poor diet, shitty sleep schedule, and my overall agressive and rude behavior. I'm still gettong over them but I'm better than I was a few weeks ago and I'm feeling happier so far

im not sure whats happening to me, but im having my exams in 10 days, and my heart has been giving me sharp pain, i lose my breath from a flight of stairs.

Actually I can't relate this but i have question for you is my stress is about betrayed because my bestie betrayed me recently and I can't bare that my heart pains so badly and also sometimes I can't sleep without headache and sometimes when I was walking I felt dizzy and also a short pain in my head do they relate to And what is the medicine or any suggestions to remove it I can't bear it...
