Join me for a quick run through of some of my favourite seated exercises. These exercises really helped when I was 350lbs and could barely walk or move. It got me started on the path to integrating small amounts of exercise into my daily life. Start off slowly, add more reps and sets and watch as your endurance increases and your confidence in your abilities grows!

I know that those of us with chronic pain are often told by our doctors to exercise as much as our bodies are able as often as we can. Sometimes, depending on my soreness levels, how stiff I am, and how much I have worked out the day before, it may mean that I need to really modify my workout to have no impact.

I know it can be discouraging on days like that, but it's so important to get even some exercise in, even if it is only for a few minutes, and I know I feel better with every bit of exercise I do.

I essentially just want to get the blood flowing, my heart pumping and my joints and muscles stretched and lubricated.

I do these seven moves for 10 reps, and try for three sets. Some days, I can only do one set, some days I can do four. There may be some days when I’m feeling really bad and I can only do one or two sets of 5 reps each.

The key is to do some form of the exercises every single day.

I just found this site but just wondering if this person is on something else because I haven’t seen any new or updated videos. Does anyone know. Thanks. I enjoy doing this as I am recovering from being bed ridden for nearly 3 years.

Just found this. For others this may seem like a simple and easy workout. But, for me, just starting out it is definitely a workout. I did all the exercises and reps. I think I'll continue this workout for days to come.
I'm at 350lbs right now and have chronic lower back pain and other things. This really helps. :)
