This 60MIN Full Body Workout is going to put you to the test and just may push you out of that comfort zone! It's all about endurance today as we make our way through 12 different super sets. We are combining strength and cardio exercises. As always it's important to work at YOUR own pace and listen to YOUR body! At first I was intimidated by the Duration, then I decided to focus on each exercise at a time, I aced it!!you can do it too!it's fun and there are some breaks in between to look forward to

Ending a 60 hour crazy work week with this one was tough, but I did it! AND I stayed on track all week despite a crazy schedule! It just goes to show that anything can be accomplished with commitment and determination! Thanks for the continued challenge, Heather!

Thanks so much Heather for making these workouts free and accessible. I initially started these when I was injured from running and needed to train differently, but I’ve now been addicted for 3 years !
