Welcome to the Power Hour!! Whoop whoop! This 1 hour No Repeats Workout combines strength and cardio exercises to give you an intense full body workout using just a few dumbbells. Starting with a lower body circuit, an upper body circuit and then wrapping it up with some core training and cardio! No repeats in this sweat sesh which will keep you on your toes. Grab those weights and let's get started!

Workout Breakdown:
Warm Up
3 strength & cardio circuits: 40s work + 20s rest x1 round

I used to use another youtuber religiously but when they started uploading less often and irregularly, I started using your videos more. I'm so impressed by the amount of content you put out, its very motivating as theres always something new to try out instead of recycling the same videos again and again!
