Get ready for the Power Hour - well almost ;) Today's sweat fest is a strength and cardio workout using both dumbbell exercises and body-weight exercises to build strength, endurance and power. We will superset 2 exercises at a time, getting in a full body workout that will have you feeling the burn! Oww oww! Stay focused, stay hydrated and do YOUR best! #HomeWorkout

Equipment Needed:
Light + Med Dumbbells: I used 5lbs and 10lbs

61 years young last week, I was a little intimidated by the length of this workout but I did it all, no breaks (except for yours) and only modified two movements! I’m gonna keep kicking it as long as my body and the good Lord allows! Thanks for a tough and rewarding workout @Heather Robertson!

I thought twice about doing this workout. I'm 47 years old and have been in remission from lymphoma for 6 months now. Most things I could keep up to pace, but none all. I am amazed what my body can do to heal and move onto strengthening my mind, body and soul. My hair is a hot mess and the sweat towel damp. Thank you for sharing your fitness talents and encouragement!
