1️⃣ CAPTURE:
When engaged in a task, jot down random thoughts on a notepad as they pop up.

2️⃣ RETURN:
Bounce back to your task, stay focused!

3️⃣ ADDRESS:
Later, review your list, tackle those ideas and tasks.

The CRA Method helps you to get a handle on internal distractions stay focussed on what’s most important.

i love it, most of these thoughts are not urgent or even important. I have noticed that my waking thoughts that consume my hours are all the same thoughts so I don't have to jot them down. I just set them aside for later, these thoughts eventually makes me sleep.

This is concerning issue for most of the time for us. True.. Writng the things come to mind is the best way to generate solutions. You explained perfectly how to overcome the issue.

I shared this with one of my students today. Glad we are on the same page. I also told him to use hash marks for recurring thoughts. This indicates what has frequent flyer miles through the airspace of the mind.

If you meditate at all you must flourish this ability!
Meditation when performed correctly for the individual can have profound lasting effects in your life.
You can even transcend this reality & bring yourself to a state of pure heavenly bliss.
I did in 2018.🤫
Achieving this could take yrs or decades but it is worth it.
If your unsure where to begin search online for methods that might help bring about your inner peace.
