I'm 63 and have been afflicted with various medical conditions for the past ten to twelve years or so, and I've finally been given the okay to start exercising again. I was looking for a full body stretch routine and this one is perfect. I feel fabulous and will make time for these stretches every day!

I have severe osteoarthritis and severe osteoporosis... This stretching routine has really pointed out how much i need to do these stretches each day . Thank you for making them doable ...👍😊

Thank you so much, I was perminently injured from being hit by a car. After many years, I'm starting to feel like I want to live again. At 73, these stretches are a God send to my first steps. Looking forward to doing these again and again.

Excellent job talking us through the stretches. I learned a few new stretches from you for the shoulders which are wonderful! Appreciate using this site with both Caron and Dani. Your voices are soothing and relaxing as well.

Thank you for this full body stretch. This was the very best stretch exercise I have ever come across. I will do this regularly to help me, as I am 80 and very disabled with Osteoporosis Osteoarthritis and Brittle bone disease. I have had several falls and 7 broken bones. I have only just started exercising, and this is the best one to start with. I will make time to do this every day, and i am sure it will help my mobility, as I walk with a zimmer frame indoors and crutches outdoors Once again thank you very much for these stretches. I have liked and subscribed. I could not find the notification button, but would be grateful if I am notified when the more challenging stretches when available. Thank you.

For the first time since being diagnosed years ago with osteoarthritis in virtually every joint, including toes and fingers, was I able to come up without pain in my lower back (which is the worst affected). The stretching routine was wonderful. I will be back. To think a simple thing like curving before coming up made such a difference difference! Thank you!!!

I enjoyed being able to sit and do stretches instead of straining to see while lying on my back. Very good stretches and great for breathing. Thank you; really enjoyed this.

Thank you so much for this video, I just tried it out now for the first time, and I feel very relaxed and less tense, this was great. I will keep this video and use for daily stretch routine :-)
