that extended back hook, i keep adjustg my hands after iv stepped around the pole🤦🏽‍♀️😂 im gonna tape my hands to the pole soon🤦🏽‍♀️

Any tips for getting comfortable with falling backward into spins or going into things on my not comfortable side? For some reason going clockwise is very intuitive for me, but going counter clockwise feels like su*c*de every time!
