I am 83, driving, playing computer and cell phone, active at gym 5-6 days a week and church activities. I have been having an sliced apple and a banana with some chopped nuts and milk for breakfast for over 10 years. My doctors said my health condition is like those in late 60s. May be he is trying to make me feel good.

I'm 75 and - though I always ate Bananas - I'm now eating 2 ot 3 every day. They're nutritious and soothing.

Bc I buy organic I eat two or three a day not to waste. I've noticed the calming effect after the second one. Wasn't sure until I watched this video. So, thanks.
I've also noticed that I actually WANT the second one. The third one is usually in the evening.

Bananas are affordable and so healthy. Every day (for the past 50 years) I place one banana in my protein drink. Makes it thicker and adds to the flavor. So many health benefits from this one fruit. 😀I have excellent health. I take no medications and I am 65 years young. Good habits and good diet will keep you going. 😁

Great video. I add one Banana to my oatmeal each morning & have done this for quite a few years. In a week I turn 81 & today have just returned from my daily 7klms walk.

I make a smoothie each morning...milk, scoop of powdered collagen, a half of a banana, a dab of peanut butter and a speck of sugar. It's delicious and the added collagen has helped immensely with my joints, skin and hair.

I eat one banana every day, because it has relieved some very painful suffering I used to endure every day, due to IBS (Irritative Bowel Syndrome). It REALLY sucked - I would feel a wave of pain come on, and everything had to stop while I closed my eyes and waited for the pain to stop (in case I was driving a car, of course, in which case I'd just be driving with my eyes bulged out - I nearly had an accident once because of a wave of pain that nearly made me black out. It wa pretty nasty. My doctor told me to eat a banana every morning. This seemed counterintuitive to me, but he insisted that I try it. I eat one banana every morning, now, and my suffering has ended.
