I’ve been water only for 11 month now. My doctor said I was close to being pre diabetic and I was overweight. I’ve lost 45 pounds and I’m no longer at risk for diabetes now. I’m sticking with the water only from now on. I love my body and how I feel!

I’m 14, and there’s literally not a time I can remember where I wasn’t drinking more coke than water on a daily basis. This means since I was at least 4. It’s now been almost 6 weeks since I started ONLY drinking water, and I feel a lot better. I keep coke in my fridge, but don’t even have the slightest temptations of drinking coke anymore. I’ve come quite far from an actual addiction, where I would get headaches if I didn’t drink any coke for more than a day. 110% recommend

I've combined this with limiting my calorie intake and I've lost around 30lbs and around 5 inches around my waist in three months. Plus, I haven't had a single soda since May.

I’ve been drinking only water for almost 2 years now and it’s been amazing, i feel better, my stomach stopped making noises, my skin looks better and I’ve been losing weight steadily. I barely get sick and my oral health is a lot better. You save a ton of money too. The only time i cheat is when i drink socially mostly whiskey and beer.

I can’t recommend this lifestyle choice enough. Everything else has some sort of sugar or sweetener in it and will affect you negatively.

For years I drink one gallon a day minimum but the last couple of months I went crazy and stopped drinking water, only a little bit here and there. Water was my primary drink however I just wasn't hardly drinking that much. Now I am back to drinking a gallon a day and I just pulled up this video to inspire me to keep it up as I chug this down.

I’m 19 year old male and super addicted to soda and sugary drinks since I was 11. I’ve been pretty healthy besides that and I play sports but feel that my health can improve so much if I just only drink water. Starting today I will be drinking only water for 30 days to see how I feel. Wish me luck !

Real talk, I used to always drink 4 cans of soda a day, and I was 5'4" and weighed 190. Realizing I was only 10 pounds away from 200 was when I started to actually take my health seriously... sadly. Three days ago, I started drinking only water and I've already lost 5 pounds, and my skin feels softer. I recommend anyone who is obese who drinks as much soda as I used to, to quit them and drink only water. You will see real results!

I haven’t had any drinks besides water in about 3 weeks. I’m 16 I have noticed that I get almost no acne on my face any more and my appetite for food went down a ton. So far those are the only 2 things

Nearing my thirties and having been on primary water for well over 15 years, I haven't noticed much of a difference (besides its good taste)
Then again; The absence of headaches & weight gains are, of course, on the plus side.

I always consider myself lucky because knowing how bad soda can be for you I don’t like it. Yeah I don’t like soda and that’s why I am so slim. I mostly drink water. I am glad I don’t like soda.

I drink water all day, every day. I stopped drinking soda when I was pregnant with my daughter. Soda used to give me heartburn. I just drink water all day until dinner. And even then I still don't drink juice. I probably might just have hot tea.

I’m not going to lie and say that I only drink water, I drink soda and alcohol still but I’m 2019 I dramatically decreased the soda in take and started drinking more water. The first month or two I was running to the bathroom more, but I kept drinking the water and I went from pushing 300 pounds to right at 199 in 6 months. I’ve kept the weight off.
