However, if you`re new to running, your body may need more oxygen than you can easily provide, creating a substance called lactate, which can convert to energy without using oxygen. As your run slows down back to a walk, you`ll hopefully keep moving to enable your muscles to cool back down (reducing your risk of injury).

I hate when I hear people say running doesn’t help with weight loss . Everybody contradicts damn near everything when it comes to fitness. I think trial and error is the best remedy because our bodies are all unique.

Mates, don't worry who're are unable to run longer or regularly due to pollution. My tip: Do deep squats 10 to 30 reps for pre workout (before), intra workout (during) and post workout (after) . Marathon Pattern: 5-15 min run, 10-15 min walk, 10-15 run & 5-10 min jog repeat the cycle until fatigue. Diet tip: Fruits or vegs Juices, Eat Cloves powder 5-15 GM, Eat raw potatoes, eat raw nuts. Big pump. 💪

Startes at 10 mins per day then 20...30...gradually increased the time and now 1 hour run feels really good and fairly easy to do

What also happens, if you are someone like me (slightly overweight, living in a City with only pavement to run on) is that your joints will be completely fucked within two Weeks. And if you do high intensity cardio Workouts everyday, your body does not have enough time to recover from Training. Regardless of your current level of fitness

Noooop but what about the people like that hate getting sweaty and think that people that sweat are disgusting human beings. What can we do???

This doesn’t necessarily work with older people (60+) because their metabolism is slower. Some may even have medical conditions such as pacemakers where one’s heart rate won’t exceed a certain number making it very difficult to get their heart rate up.

You forgot to mention two important things : the ground you running on is better to be semi soft, like dirt or gravel or hard sand on the beach. If you run on concrete in the city, it can turn very bad for your joints because you absorb all impact of a step on your body. Number two : what’s the difference between running on a treadmill where the floor coming towards you, and a real run outside? I think they are very different and run outside without a machine is way better, it’s the way to go.
