Catholic is from the Greek word Kathloos, that means "UNIVERSAL". Holding to the Nicean Creed or the Apostles' Creed, it is one gathering, or one "Church" which means "Gathering'. Within the Holy Catholic Church are "Cults' or aspirations of knowing more about one narrow subject , a study within the Faith that cannot escape the Nicene Creed or Apostle's Creed.

Why is the Holy Trinity a correct doctrine ? Because to open the door to Heaven for a Meeting, the priest represents the Patriarchs bringing the good will offerings of the People, to place on the Altar, and the SPIRIT of God as a CONSUMING FIRE comes under the Tent of the Meeting Place, and all who dwell there in are filled with the spirit, as one, and the Spirit that is God as a consuming fire, consumes the Offering, and so a conversation or covenant communication between Heaven and Earth occurs, which otherwise, no man has any perception of knowing if God or Demons are speaking to them. So the Method of Blessed Assurance that you need the Mediator as a Priest who represents the FATHER and you need the Offering "ONLY SON" to be the proxy for all the People under the Blood of the Son, and then this brought into the TENT , now one thing more, the SPIRIT of God must come and fill the TENT and consume the Offering, making a BRIT or unifying all that is in the Tent of the Meeting, which the presence of the Spirit to be consumed and reduced to a singular substance , that is the Mystery of God. Father and the Son and the Spirit is about the TENT OF THE MEETING, the TEMPLE OF GOD

A SPIRIT - who is the Father - is there with Jesus ("God is a spirit"). "HOLY" is the name given by Jesus to that "SPIRIT", in order to be able to identify Him. That "Spirit" would have no name otherwise!
Only that ONE SPIRIT (the Father) is there, NO FURTHER SPIRIT IS WITH JESUS!
"Father" (who is a spirit) and "Holy Spirit" are thus just two EQUIVALENT names.
If you wish you can replace the name "Holy Spirit" by "Father" wherever it occurs in the gospels (not in the baptismal formula, for another reason).

Its not the same. 3 in unity, but not equal or the same. Jesus said repeatedly, my teachings are not my own. So who's were they then?? GODs teachings.

Jesus is subject to the Father. The Father is subject to no one.
John 20 v 17
Rev 3 v 12. Jesus has a GOD.
Rev 1 v 1, GOD gave the testamony to Jesus. Jesus gave it to the angel ( messenger) who in turn, gave it to John.
Its similar word games with Mary. The catholic mary is, co mediator, queen of heaven etc.
This is not the Mary I recognize from scripture. The same name, but a different Mary.
