I have been a SDA for years and never realized when the church say "Third person" they meant what they meant.
I only realized it recently and was VERY shocked to realize the church believes in the Trinity as the Catholics.
I have never seen the Holy Spirit as a separate "being"
Neither did the pioneers if you study it yourself.
But has ALWAYS seen it as God and Jesus' Spirit that is in all angles, people and created beings that lead us to God and in truth and give us life.

Trinity=Sunday=Antichrist
GodHead=Sabbath=True God
You cant mix these up.

If the Holy Spirit is a different "person" why isn't He mentioned in Rev 1:1 as a person?(He must have been 3rd in heaven in rank then?)
or in Rev 22:3 He doesn't sit on the throne with God and Jesus.If the Holy Spirit is a person surely in the end He will be on the thone as well as a'person' then to be honoured as well?

I hear you get voted out of chuch for not believing in the trinity?Yet they are ok with abortion in our official church letter.Maybe we should read our Bibles and SOP ourselves rather than listening to leaders in the church then Gods Holy Spirit can convince us instead of wrong teachings of men.
Always remember it was church leaders that crucified Jesus with Rome and leaders will lead you astray in the end times as well.

The problem is that it seems the SDA believes that Jesus is not the literal Son of God, but only metaphorically. Then its view is just the same. So The second person only played the role of a sin, but is not.

That is actually one of two marks that identified the Antichrist power.

Adventist believe in God the Father, God the Son andGod the Holy Spirit. Three person united in purpose. That’s the mystery of God and we accept it by faith.

It’s because the two organizations/entities are the same. Look at the org structures. Look at the fascist methodologies of dealing with those who go contrary to the established creeds. Simply look at how each has one head (pope & GC Pres), a college of cardinals (executive committee), various archdiocese (divisions), diocese (conferences), and parishes (congregations). You won’t find such a similar structure in actual Protestant churches. You want an image to Rome? Then simply look at the trademarked organization called SDA.

Catholics and Protestants believe in the same trinity. One Being consisting of 3 persons. Because the Seventh-day Adventist Church started off as anti-trinitarian, many members were reluctant to accept this teaching. As a result, the official doctrine in Adventism is that God is a family of 3 separate Beings that work as One God. Most Seventh-day Adventists today do not accept the official doctrine because they converted from Catholic and Protestant backgrounds or they assume the Seventh-day Adventist Church officially teaches the same trinity from other denominations. It is a good thing most Seventh-day Adventists accept the mainstream trinity from Catholic and Protestant churches since the Adventist version of the Godhead separates the Father, Son and Holy Spirit into 3 parts and can thus be confused with polytheism. The mainstream trinity in Catholicism and Protestantism makes it clear that God is one Being in spite of having 3 persons in His Being.
