It was a very noble thing to help a friend like Mr. Jody with your channel. I live in Punta Gorda north of I75 on the Peace River and Hurricane Milton hammered us pretty good today. Looks like you need to install some heavy duty concrete anchor D-rings to strap those boats down for future storms. We installed some for my neighbor's RV and they work well.

I live in East Tennessee and I have for most of my 67 years. My Moms side of the family is from and still live in Western North Carolina. You are exactly right about the governments lack of response. I am ashamed of them! I think that the fact that the lithium deposits are where folks were wiped out has a lot to do with it. I’m normally 2 hours to Asheville, now I have to go through W Virginia or Georgia. Adding 3 - 5 hours! Y’all are in my prayers in Florida. Please keep us posted.
