Yeah, this is how far my pull up goes right now. I should try a long hold in the active position as opposed to doing reps from passive to the active position. Although, I feel the burn with those as well.

Timed me and my kids...7 year old son 45 seconds, 8 year old daughter 1 min 31 seconds, and me in my 50s barely beat my daughter from a branch at 1 min 45...how do you all do?
