Check out this total body burpee based routine using dumbbells from HIIT SCHOOL.

Incorporate these different types of burpees into your workouts to increase your heart rate, caloric burn, and muscle endurance.

For a complete total body burpee workout, follow the same order using rep ranges of 5 to 20 per exercise depending on your skill level and how much time you have to train for the session.

Pick yoru rep range and perform the cycle 3 times through. Next time you try the workout, try and beat the amount of reps you did last time or your overall time that it took to complete 3 cycles.

BURPEE VARIATION WORKOUT WITH DUMBBELLS
1. REGULAR BURPEE, TOTAL BODY
2. BURPEE TO RENEGADE ROW, BACK
3. BURPEE TO BENT OVER ROW, BACK
4. BURPEE TO STANDING PRESS, SHOULDERS
5. BURPEE TO LATERAL RAISE, SHOULDERS
6. BURPEE TO BENT OVER REVERSE FLY, SHOULDERS
7. BURPEE TO SQUAT, LEGS
8. BURPEE TO LUNGE, LEGS
9. BURPEE TO DEADLIFT, LEGS

Is it best to do each separate or can you do the 2nd and 3rd together? The row and shoulder?

I just finished doing His work out.... DO YOU WANT a BETTER workout with this?
This is what i did.--- 5 reps of each with a 30lbs Vest and the 20lbs weights. i did 2 whole sets one with the VEST 2nd without.

Some creative stuff. Others redundant or overly complicated. If someone is training to the proper level of intensity They're to smoked to follow complicated stuff. Keep it simple. Also, use a leg spread from an 8-count bodybuilder to set your base for the renegade row. To just shoot your legs out wide is ameature.
