This is how you actually burpee!…
In 27 days I’ll be announcing a major fitness giveaway, but today I’m gonna be talking about how to burpee!
Those that know me, know I love the burpee! It’s an amazing full body exercise that works your strength, cardio & mobility!
You can easily modify the burpee to make it easier or harder.
For example the basic half burpee is a good place to start. Place your hands on the floor, jump back to plank, jump back in, and then jump up.
Whereas the full burpee requires your chest to touch the floor. I’m watching you! I see all you cheaters!
Most people make the mistake thinking that this needs to be a strict push-up, when actually you can worm your body which makes your movement much more efficient.
So give that a go, and soon you’ll love burpees like me haha? Probably not.
