Three of my fav moves, which I constantly incorporate into our workouts, explained separately. Know the difference 🥳💥🔥
1. Burpee:
• CHEST TOUCHES GROUND
• FEET LEAVE FLOOR DURING JUMP
• LIFT YOUR ARMS UP

2. Ranger:
• ARMS & BACK STAY STRAIGHT
• DURING JUMP ARMS STAY LOW

3. Sprawl:
• HIPS AND KNEES DOWN
• ARCH YOUR BACK
• LOOK UP
• NO JUMP

I’m 66, I do the Ranger. Easy and just as effective. I squat, hands on floor, 1 leg back ata time, hold a 10 second see saw plank, both legs back to hand positions 1 leg at a time, lift my rear a bit and do another squat, stand and raise my arms and start over again.Adding extra squat and burpees together, is a good way to flatten your core and loose your rear end. I’ve been doing 5 min at a time 3x/a daythese for two weeks . This is also a good body weight exercise for the chest, shoulders, back, triceps and biceps! The results are amazing!

🤸‍♂️I always thought burpees were tough, but then I discovered the ranger and realized it takes even more control and balance! And don't even get me started on the sprawl 🤯 Definitely a whole new level of intensity! 💪
