I took the 100 burpees everyday for a month 2 years ago, since then its difficult to spend more than 1 week not doing a daily routine, it saved me from physical decay.

Ive been doing 100-200 chest to the ground burpees daily. I'm in phenomenal shape. It has increased my run 10 fold. I run 15min 5km now after 8 months of doing my regiment.

Tried doing 100 every other day, to improve cardio and loose some weight. I accidentally developed muscles :D

i actually did this for 12 days, you’re body fat decreases, you tone up real good, and your push up form and max raise significantly (if doing the push up variation, i also mixed in knee to elbow ab movement after the push up) hope this helps y’all ‼️go be great 💰😁

Unfortunately, I did half of my 20s in state prison. I did learn extreme fitness. Burpees were part of my 5 year solid routine.
I'm 43 now. Never went back after I got out. I still do burpees.

Legit ran for 20 days straight and with winter weather getting cold and track lights not coming on anymore I added burpees to my training regime. I am now doing 50-60 burpees the last two days and will do them every weekday and my runnings very early Saturday and Sunday mornings.

I just started working out about 4 months ago and I hated burpees so much but I still tried to do them. The most I can do is about 6-7 at a stretch before I have to take a breather but I could barely do two back to back when I started. I have watched my endurance and strength get stronger. They are killer workout truly

I did 100 burpee for 2 days...i did not have proper diet and it made me feel so weak..i feel hungry all the time..im taking 4 meals a day..sometimes i eat at night 2-4am ..i feel so hungry...i have stopped doing workout..burpee is so effective...my whole body feels lean.

I have been doing burpees since 2020 when the lockdown started . Now as a result of that my squat has been increased from 70kg to 100kg

I’m back in sports since a month I started with running. Yesterday I did 60 burpee’s under the sun and not in a not all at once: I felt like I was dying.
Smoking too much is really bad for my cardio !!!
But I know I’m doing better now and I will improve my cardio and my life.
(I also quit smoking a month ago)

I do 100 everyday, i used to do 300 to 500 when i was teenager and was wrestling for couple of hears back in india,
My burpees are a bit different though, people have been doing them for 1000s of years in south asia, specially wrestlers,
I do 100 in 7 minutes currently

I'll tell you what happens, overtraining, do them, but not daily, do it 4-5 times a week for optimal results, do it one day and take a break the next if you don't want to overtrain and do more damage than good.

Burpees really transformed me! I did burpees for a year when I was 23. And they made me into a race car. I was able to sprint my fastest at max for 7-10 minutes straight!
