We are looking at Famagusta region, hopefully we can find a good rental close to one of the nice beaches. On which side of Cape Greco is the water calmer most of the time, you know, better for swimming? Is it south at Ayia Napa or north around Protaras? LoL, i am not sure if there is much good about moving to cyprus!
I got a job offer in Linked for a 5 star hotel in Paphos as a bartender!
That was the worse experience I ever had!
The money they pay for work is really low, 6 days a week work with just one day off!
Most locals mindset is really weird and lot of old Cypriots are a bit racists towards to English speakers!

Its really important to keep your privacy in Cyprus because people are like chatter boxes there- talk about everyone and everything.

Job salary average is from 800-1000e per month, as a bartender and waitress is a plus that make extra quid for tips, if other work mates are not sliping most of tips in their pockets!

Avoid tourist spots, really expensive like small kiosks.
Locals are nice to you if they need something from you or if they see you have a money, otherwise they dont even talk to you!

Also lot of Africans are in Cyprus now and its getting worse! illegal Immigrants, while I was in Paphos i heard a lot of storries that they just does not leave a woman alone! Steling, drugs, prostitution etc If they walk towards to you on the street- turn your head to other way and pretend tou dont even see them, otherwise they will start to follow, askin for number or god knows for what elese!
2 times that happened to me at the start, while I was still polite- just arrived from the UK, and some dude walked on the street towards to me and said hello, i said hi back, like normal peoole in the UK Does, i just could not get rid of him because he just kept following me and asking me a stupud questions!!!!

A few things What I can agree is that you can live there if you have own business or freelance, and food is tasty, and you can find a job easy- even in one day time- but pay and attitude is kind a bad from the owners or managers!

Yellow slip you can get ONLY when you have an official job in Cyprus, a letter from work and proof of adress, to get salary- you have to open a bank account in Cyprus, I opened Hellenic bank- also for a bank account you have to show them a proof you made an appointment in Immigration for jellow slip, and next avialable appointment in Paphos can get not earlier than 3 months and you must to book in ONLINE with only specific times starting from 7:30am every 20 minutes by logging in to the system! No one told me that untill I showed up in Immigration by myself to ask then how can I make this appointment finally! Then finally I made it, and then With a proof of a screenshot they approoved my bank account opening!
If you Live in Paphos- you myst apply only for paphos immigration not to any other district!

Be careful from ordering drinks from a small places such a caffee or restaurants- you might get a lemonade what is actually out of date, been there and was forced to sell that shit to customers, also a milk what is out of date have been mixed with New delivered Milk, i just took my bag and walked out from that work place because I saw a lot and it was enough!

You just tell the stories that everything is beautiful in Cyprus and people should move there, yes, only for holidays, and doing a GOOD RESEARCH where to rent cars, properties etc because locals does not love to give back any deposit!!!

I have a lot to say what experience I had there and what I saw with my own eyes, how people act there, whats the night life there, working, how to get a job, what is pay, how people theat each other there etc, but for that I think I will start my own youtube channel
