The kettlebell windmill exercise is an advanced kettlebell movement that challenges muscles of the shoulders, strengthens the core, glutes, and hamstrings, and improves overall joint mobility.
How to:
1. Turn your feet 45 degrees opposite the KB in hand
2. Open your palm up and slide it down the leg opposite of the KB in hand
3. Stack the KB directly on top of the elbow and shoulder
4. Maintain a neutral spine by turning your head to look at the KB
5. Hinge at the hips keeping your knees ina slight bent position
6. Stick your butt out and slide your palm down until you cannot hinge any further
