How to Build Capped Shoulders | Full Workout

Today's workout is a high rep burner! Shoulders are made up of both slow twitch and fast twitch fibers, so it's important to train with heavy weights/low reps and with lighter weights/higher reps. Choose weights that are challenging for the last 4-5 reps, but doable with proper form. Each exercise is 3 sets of 20-25 reps! Let's do this!

1. Neutral grip shoulder press
2. Lateral raise
3. Low pulley face pull with rotation
4a. Y-press
4b. T-raise
5a. Band pull aparts
5b. Bus drivers

I did this workout this morning and LET ME TELL YOU I was *quickly* humbled. Went into it thinking 20-25 reps at light weight would be child's play, but was sorely mistaken.... Had to drop the weight significantly for each exercise and finished with the best delt pump I've ever had. THANK YOU 🙋‍♀️
