I can't think of an exercise that is needed more by the over-60 crowd.
😊 Much gratitude!

Dead - or dying - bugs are excellent exercises . I try to do these every day of my life along with squats . Having practised these for the last 3 years I have hugely remediated my lower back pain and discomfort . I would say I have less lumbar discomfort and better posture now in my late 50's than I did 10 years ago and much of the reason is dead bugs and squats . Do as Will says and try to do a few really well rather than loads of them

This is, by far, the best video I have seen for the deadbug exercise.

I've been advised to do these for years, but none of the PTs that I've been to have bothered to go to this level of detail. I have started with the beginner level for the first time today, and can already feel the manner in which this is going to help with all the progressions over time.

I am so happy to have come across Will's channel. I've been watching him for a while now, and for some reason, this video really "spoke to me", and inspired me to start working on my core, a part that I've always avoided due to my back/hip pain.

I have recommended your channel, and especially this video to several of my colleagues.

You truly deserve many more subscribers and viewers. I have subscribed today, as I do not want to miss your videos anymore.

Thank you, Will. Keep them coming, please. Those of us over 50 very often feel helpless, and you truly have the compassion and time to inspire us. 🙏

Great exercise set, where the variations really work for complete beginners on. Other exercises such as planks or even crunches can be too much and discourage beginners, whereas this set allows people to see and feel progress.

Will thank you for making these videos concise and specific. I’m 73 and find them very beneficial, especially when you offer different levels of intensity.

Will, thank you so much for your doable and challenging exercises! You are a big part of my getting back in shape at 82!

It’s so nice of you to show 7 variations of dead bug exercise. What is commonly seen is only the last one which is difficult to do it right and often ends up with lower backaches. With the variations, we will know where to start and progress to the full dead bug exercise. Thank you so much for the video

Great video! I just finished a round of physical therapy. My physical therapist has given me a similar exercise to the second one. So now I see how it can progress.

Thank you very very much for your great work.

Phew!! I'm definitely a dead bug now after following this. You make it look so easy. This is a challenge to me. Starting off with the first demo first tomorrow. Need and want a strong core.

The weakest part of my bod is my core. This is great--the different levels to try out, and, progress. Thanks Will.

That has got to be the best core exercise that you can do with complete control. The fact that your head is resting on a pillow makes all the difference, as it stops you from raising it as you get tired, which strains your neck, as I soon realused !
