Showing you how I make my EASY PORK ADOBO! Do you remember the very first (real) dish you learned how to make? This was mine. I like it with fish or chicken aswell but pork just hits different. If you like soy based dishes, you should give it a try. If you already know how, do we make it the same way? Curious to know if our Mums taught us similar ways. 🙃

Marinade:
500g pork belly
2 cloves garlic
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
Saute:
2 cloves garlice
1 onion (save 1/3 for later)
Add:
1 tsp black peppercorns
500ml water
1/4 cup white vinegar
2-3 green chillies
1/3 remaining onions

Lingit sa kaalaman ng karamihan, ang Filipino version ng adobo ay na adopt ng mga Pinoy sa mga Chinese. Your dish is very good but the authentic adobo has lots and lots of garlic and no onions. With bay leaves, too.
