I’ve put a glass of water on the front room table so drinking this is the first thing I do in the morning. I’ve been learning so much from your podcasts Jim.
I feel I want more and more.
This morning though freezing 30f I walked out in the back barefoot. As an older woman if neighbors see me they might think I’m losing my mind but I know that I’m growing brain cells. I come from a family of addicts and I’m the only one that follow in those footsteps of addiction and pain. Thank you for confirming Alcohol and pot do not aid the brain. Since 17 years old I decided that I really like being clear headed. I usually drink water when others are drinking alcohol. The only thing I have dealt with mild seizures throughout my life and have thought about asking for a brain scan but have never been sure exactly what to ask for.Thank you for this talk. Would LOVE A BOOK!😊😊😊

I have ADHD and my working memory is horrible. I need to change my brain. I need to know better so I can do better. I want a better memory

I have been reading more often and practicing journaling my day in the afternoons for recall. Love your book Jim and can't wait to read Dr Amens after following his brain scan stories from previous interviews. Blessings ❤

I'm 52, and I suffer from fibromyalgia. I am going to start with drinking my water weight and taking my vitamins. Then, I worked towards exercising and eating more healthily. Thank you for your content 🙏🏾 ✨️ 💛

30 years ago I knew about water therapy, still follow my rules..Go by your rules..Suggestions and new information is welcome..Prefer to listen more of herbalist and Ayurveda..Your info will help thousands, good job..keep it up...

I'm reading his other book "change your brain change your life" now and loving it! I think the supplementation and cutting sugar are my next steps. I suffered a small stroke at 20 ( no residual effects that I can tell) but it's really inspired me to show my brain more love ( especially now that I'm a Dr of Psych). Thank you for your great podcast!

Im shocked. Just lost my father couple years ago . This doc actually look so like him. That why im watching this video . And the crazy part this is how my father spoke to me all the time . Same mindset .
