My chiropractor says always sleep on your back. I can't sleep solely on my back. Glad to know I'm draining my brain when side sleeping 😂.

Do you believe one can get the DHA from flaxseed etc. or does it have to be fish oil ??? I’m poor and can’t afford many more supplements.
