I definitely agree we should all consume as much foods rich in anti-oxidants as possible,
fresh produce in particular is highly valuable when it comes to phytonutrients :)
I'm fortunate enough to have a garden to grow some of my own, despite limited space
(parsley/celery, garlic, onions, dill, etc, the essentials basically, + tomatoes, cucumbers,
pumpkins) and preserve as much as possible for winter/spring,

This spring in particular i'm planting various berry bushes - blueberries, blue honeysuckle,
gooseberries, black, red and white currants, multiple of each. Will proabbly take couple
years to mature for a decent yield, but it will be worth it.

Quite the backbreaking work to dig 10+ holes and prepare the soil, but the physical recovery is remarkable on a WFPB diet, so there's that. After digging for 6 days straight, among other things...i can hardly even feel it, where in the past i'd be gasping for air and exhausted.
