Great video. Would waking up with neck pain also increase blood pressure? This is happening to me. severe neck pain with migraine for the first 2-3 hrs while wake then feel great all day.

Appreciate this. I suspect what would help me is putting something under my shoulders too bc like you said the most pillows are too tall & ive noticed before watching that im often facing my head pretty far down..

Thanks! What if the pillow is alot of cushion. Can I go for a flatter pillow? So my neck isn't pushing forward or high up

I keep waking with right side neck spasms and stiff neck.i sleep contact my back with a small memory foam pillow.. suggestions?

No chance in hell of me sleeping 8 hrs on my back with out moving.

Yeah but not much effective. I am a side sleeper so how I will sleep like this 8 hours on my back like a corpse without moving at all?

i wake up with neck pain every day. i’ve tried different pillows but nothing has stopped the pain. turns out i sleep on my stomach and bend my neck every time i sleep. thanks!

I sleep on my back but I don't use a pillow. I have some neck pain but mostly the pain is in my lower neck/very beginning of thoracic spine. I thought maybe it's because I don't use a pillow but every time I try to use one I still have pain. I'm really not sure what to do now.

I have terrible back of the neck pain and when I wake up from sleeping it's worst for the hour I'm a stomach sleeper what can I do.
