Mam Mera diet plan morning Me wake up 6.30am then 1 glass water then after fresh 1 banana In pre workout then exercise 1 hour phr 8.00 bje banana shake 2 banana 300 gram milk or 1 spoon peanut butter in post workout phr 10.00 bje breakfast me 2 roti sabji k sath phr 2.00 bje lunch 3 rotibsabji or dahi phr raat ko dinner 8.00 bje 2 roti sabji k sath phr raat ko 10.30 bje 1 glass milk 250 gram then sleep at 11.00pm but bhai itni Dhakar diet lene k baad bhi mera weight 53 kg se nhi bd ra blki 1-1.5 kg km hi ho gya Asa ku hora hai bhai itni khatrnak diet k baad bhi weight ni bd rha
