Nutrition facts being based on a 2, 000 calorie diet had me thinking 2k calories was the threshold for years 🤦🏻‍♂️

The biggest challenge for many men is not having the cash to allocate towards proper nutrition in order to be able to consume thouasands of calories everyday. If i didnt hqve to live frugally id be a beast in no time

This is a NON answer. I’m an actually hard gainer who got jacked over years.

3, 200 is NOT enough for hard gainers! If that’s enough, you are not a hard gainer.

If you are a skinny guy wanting to build muscle you realistically will have to eat 4, 000 or 5, 000 calories a day for many months or years at a time. Try to stay away from junk food and you’ll realize this can be a challenge but is possible with extreme effort.

When skinny ppl think eating a pizza is a lot. If i go surplus i eat 3 whole meals a day. Thats over 2500 calories already and then there is snacks, drinks etc. It is not hard guys to eat more. U dont need appetite to eat. U need an inner clock that forces u to eat. Whether u like it or not.

I eat over 4000 calories a day yes every single day and i can’t break past 200

I eat shit loads of food and still cant put on weight. Im 63kg and 175cm tall. I work a very physical job 6 days a week at most with the occasional 2 days off. I believe it comes down to my genetics and fast metabolism as everyone in my family has a lean build.

I verified for 2 weeks straight that I was eating in excess of 4, 000 calories a day...and still couldn't gain. I LOST weight...tapeworm? Medical health issues? I refuse to believe my metabolism is that fast...

So what if i eat 4k calories. (Yes i track them and if i am short i eat brownies and cookies to make the difference up). Ive been forever skinny. But now tjat im into fitness i over eat, force feed daily. 4-6 meals a day. Dont even twll me to eat "more" because i literally cant. I eat so much i am developing a hatred towards food... i think i just need to hop on cycle 😔. Ive tried bulked. Dirty bulks. Main gaining. Its like my legs will shrink to grow my arms and my chest will shrink to grow my legs and my arms shrink so develope my back. Its like im just tossing the tissue around but not actually stacking. I went from 137 to 161 in the first 6 months of fitness. Now tei years later im still 156-161. Every week. Every day. It never varies...

Calorie maintenance 2000-2700
Calorie Surplus 2700-3300

Of course these numbers vary from person to person

Eating 4000 calories per day and doing exercise too.. I'm able to left heavy but not gainer muscle or weight.. can you please explain this now?

I eat 7 k calories per day and I do not break past 186 (I am in professional swimming and bodybuilding ( swimming takes lots of carbs/calories )

If i am 165 lbs it says i need to eat 2000=-2500 calories to gain weight. I have been eating 2500 daily and not gaining much weight

but calories isnt the full story like if i eat donuts for fast cheap calories but theyre empty for example.

Well I would eat more if food wasn’t so dang expensive. With the way the world is now it’s hard to buy what you need let alone what you need trying to gain weight.

This is for all my hard gainers 💪😎 if too much split it up in half once in morning and another in evening and or between meals between to reach ur Caloric needs modify as needed good luck bros 😎💪💪💪

I am tracking my calories daily. My matinence is 2000 and I am eating 4000+ a day but am not seeing massive growth.
