Just do a proper excercise and eat healthy diet and increase your capacity of eating more than usual and you will gain weight with muscles and it takes time don't expect it to be happen in just 1 or 2 weeks

Junk food kuao bhai daba ke, weight gain karna hai to. Muscle gain karna hai toh alag baat hai.

But what is the point of gaining weight by eating extra calories from carbs and fats. Shouldnt the weight gain be slow and steady, by consuming max calories from protein (as per your body weight and training). This way when you finally put on weight, it will majorly be due to muscle mass and less from fat.
