One thing that has helped me warm up my elbows for tricep work is doing Biceps before triceps with dumbbell curls or cable curls I got the idea from a video by John Meadows, rest in peace.

John meadows always recommended this. A pump movement to help the joints first. Second a heavy loading movement. Last a stretching movement. U can do this for more than just triceps its an awesome method

Reverse grip bench press is my absolute favorite triceps exercise. Keep the grip shoulder width, keep elbows tucked in, and the bar should come down near the bottom of your rib cage

I have to disagree on dumbbell overhead, I would recommend preformingthe movement with cables . It's better and more convenient to the shoulders

I love the stretch from pullovers. That being said, several high volume feeder sets for pump. Expands the muscle cell. Then heavy working sets. More damage, more growth.

I feel a lot of what you say makes me think of David mentzers.

Couple things I love doing triceps prior to biceps if fell like I can do is on both better doing triceps first and I do heavy loads in triceps I love dips as well for triceps.

I workout at home so I can't afford to do pushdowns but I compensated for this by warming up with kickbacks with a dumbell, it's not "optimal" as the mechanics geeks would say but it gets the pump work and activation in and then some sc or incline dumbell overhead, then dips for post pump and fatigue.

Started doing this for biceps and it’s worked wonders. Hit a cable movement 1st then ez bar 10 pronate 10 supinated back to back x3 but cheating after 7 reps. I’m only using 75 lbs but I’m spent at this point. It’s a great finisher and it doesn’t take long
