I've been destroying them with pushdowns to get the blood going...
followed by close grip bench
then heavy OHP
and finish them off with skull crushers...
and they have definitely been growing...

Great advice. I always ignored my tris because I thought I’m getting enough work on them through pressing for chest and shoulders but since I’ve focused solely on tris once a week they’ve improved so much! Arms now look bigger.

Like we know all of us its different. I put size on my triceps/biceps putting down weight and focus on negative part of move. When I use heavy weight my elbow dying.

Dips, close grip bench, and tricep press or skull crushers and they'll grow in no time.

I'll never understand why people don't do skullcrushers on a cable. Just go back a little bit and, as if you were doing your triceps extensions on a straight bar, take that bar to your head while you lean forward. Really makes you feel the triceps. I can feel the pain 3 days after that every time I do it on my push day.

I've been doing everything with negatives in mind mostly and as many single arm exercises that I can with every muscle. In just a month I've noticed good results. I haven't trained with negative single arm exercises like I am ever and I know my body and its working for me.

Good advice pressing power is the key.But extensions are great, but the different angles are extremely necessary.

My best tricep pump in just grabing a 15 or 20 kg wieig and do extentions behind the head a really good stretch on .keep changing up your pumps different main exercise..but finish with kick backs or light cable pushdowns, after you have pushed to failure with heavy weights obvs
