I usually despise cardio, I find it boring and repetitive and I struggle to give a workout all of my energy. I find they usually repeat the same few exercises which I can't stand, they usually focus mostly on lower body exercises and so I rarely do them and I really have to force myself and work myself up to it.
BUT
Since finding your videos in the last couple of weeks I have done cardio most days with the odd kettlebell workout in-between, I find your workouts so fun, they go by so fast, it feels like my whole body is getting a proper workout and it doesn't feel like a chore. So thank you! 😊

Wow I don’t think I’ve ever sweat so much during a workout. I felt so strong when I finished and I burned a little over 600 calories! Thank you for another awesome

No he podido completarlo demasiados saltos para mí, me duelen mucho las rodillas, aún así lo he hecho casi completo. 45 segundos por ejercicio en algún caso ha sido imposible de completar, pero lo intentaré otro día. Mil gracias!!

Wow! I normally preview the workouts before doing them, but this one I didn't and it was a challenge. I did my best and completed the first 30 minutes. (Maybe I can do the entire thing at a later time.)
