40 Minute Low Impact no Repeat Cardio HIIT - All Standing, No Equipment! Here's is the easiest way to move daily when you're on vacation! No equipment, all standing and low impact! Doesn't get better than this, but as you can tell from the beginning of the video, this makes you very sweaty still!! The intensity is NOT low even though it's low impact. We will kick it up and have fun in the process!

Thank you for sharing the bloopers! They were the perfect ending! I'm fresh off my second broken foot injury this year and have been feeling pretty discouraged. No jumping or running for me for quite a while. Your low impact workouts are helping me get back to it. I'm sweating and it feels so good to move! I have these 2lb hand weights that velcro around the wrist and they were actually perfect for this workout! THANK YOU!!!

This was a hard one for me today. I failed to #movedaily this week and it caught up with me. 🥵. I like that I didn’t need equipment and it was all standing, but the pace was a challenge. I will have to come back to this one and try it again on another day, hopefully I will be more prepared. 😄 ♥️Thanks for another great workout!

Did this yesterday. Another great workout especially if you’re on vacation and it didn’t disturb our neighbors below us. Low impact but I still got sweaty! Thank you

Awesome workout. I did this today because I had a short window of opportunity. Added light hand weights to most exercises. I was very sweaty at the end. Thank you for a great workout! Definitely high intensity while keeping it low impact.
