Hi Eleni! That was a fun workout! I knew I wouldn't burn 450 (I do wish those of you YouTubers that put that in the intro, would say "up to...") that's always just a grab your attention. All the same it was a good workout. Got 305 calories and that was really pumping it, which I love! Just what I needed! Thanks!👍

I'm a late arrival to Eleni Fit but I'm so glad I found it. I was looking for a low-impact, high-intensity workout, which are plentiful on YT, but also back/disc-friendly workouts which are rare; EleniFit you have many excellent choices for my situation. THANK YOU! And thank you for this workout especially. I'm new here but I really like what you're doing. So far I've done 3 or 4 other EleniFit workouts, and each one has been excellent. But this one is my favorite so far. It was challenging but doable, great pace so the time flies, but best of all this one also works the core SAFELY. I've been working out with a different YouTube channel, which I've also liked, but I have tweaked my back during core-focused reps. I appreciate this workout because it works the core while involving the whole body at the same time. This helps me safely build & strengthen my core which ultimately helps build muscle support for my vulnerable back & discs. Sorry for the windy comment. I'm just so grateful for these workouts you've posted. I'm going to return to this one as a go-to workout.
