Great workout. I add 2-3 lb weights for a lot of the moves. And the hammer swings or power squats I hold a 10-15lb. Definitely kicks it up to another level. Love it!

Awesome workout, thank you! I'm all sweaty but not exhausted - exactly what I need to feel good! I did a 1000-calorie 45-min workout yesterday, and that one made me quite miserable tbh. This one is certainly better for me since I've just started getting back to working out again.
