Just did this workout. Was searching for a TG workout for the shoulders. Best single workout there is for shoulders and glenohumeral dislocation issues.

Taking it into the rack first -- you can get away with that using lighter weights. But once you move to 32KG and up you'll need to keep that forearm at a 90 degree angle first and then drive it up. Or do reverse TGUs to eliminate that resting switch at the bottom
