Thanks for showing some love to kettlebells. No other implement has helped me with both my strength and conditioning for grappling than the kettlebell. More snatches and double KB clean & presses please.

Kettlebells are great for functional fitness in general. Great tips. For those asking about weights, standard kattlebells follows a "color code" pink is 8kg, blue 12kg, yellow 16 kg, green 24 kg (video), red 32 kg. Men usually starts at 16kg.
