Kettlebells freaking RULE. My Gf bought me - after I told her how much I love the bells, I've already lifted weights for over 35 years - a 30, a 35 and a 15. She said she saw the difference in my thighs and butt within 3 weeks, doing the deadlifts. Good luck to all, great video!

YES!!! I have Crohn’s Disease and had a few major surgeries. I also have to be hospitalized sometimes a few times a year from complications & am not allowed to eat. Out of every workout or product I’ve tried, nothing gets me back in shape faster than Kettlebells! It’s amazing! I do MMA, Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing/Kickboxing, etc. and at 44 I can hang with guys half my age thanks to Kettlebells!!!

I seem to h ave come up against a wall when using heavier bells, so am working with 8s + 10kgs. Is the effect the same? I deadlift a bit heavier, but notice that my body at 81 years old is not as “strong” as previously. Had a stress fracture in my tibia, and now pain in my arm. I put it down to osteoarthritis. I’m still working out and doing more than 100swings per workout plus snatches, clean & press etc. Suitcase deadlifts are good. I am still a fan of your work. Thank you.

When I first saw kettlebell swing, I didn't understand what was so difficult about it. Then I tried it, and after ten minutes my heart wanted to jump out of my throat... :)

Double suitcase deadlift is legit. It's gonna sort your backside out (butt, back, and legs).

Great no-nonsense video. Gave you a thumbs up.

Best investment in equipment I've made. Between my kettlebells and TRX straps, I can get a lot of work in.

Found out I was getting a divorce, picked up a kettlebell during the process. Saved my life.

My Deepest THanks to you Mark for sharing your fitness knowledge and training videos. I personally use it and shared it with many Family and Friends who have also gained from Clubs & Kettlebells skills to become functional fitness enthusiasts.
Aloha.

Heavy Kettlebells are like Bitcoin, if you got in early you are fine.

I bought a pair of 100, 125, 150, 175 and 200 lb kettlebells back in 2008 from New York Barbell Company for $1.25 per pound and they shipped the to me for $100.

They asked me what i was going to do with them, i said swings, goblet squats, suitcase deads but most of all farmers carries.

The 150 lb today is $400 with free shipping. I got 2-150s for $375 back in 2008.

Your practical advice is unusual, much appreciated. And your getting off the ground video was fascinating. I’m an older man and at 63 I can see why improving off the ground mobility is so important.

Hey thanks man. Learning kettlebell form on your own isn’t as easy as it looks. I’ve been at it for about 9 months, and have just learned proper form. I’m quite small too, trying to build some muscle at 43. I’m going to stick with it thanks for the tips!

Hey Mark
I have signal loss to the left arm and bone spurr/impingement on the right. But I can swing my 35 lbs kettle bell. It just hit me that consistency with the exercises you show and positive mind set I can expect magic.
Something about you inspires me. I don't know why. I'll let you know.

I am a 58 year old female, this man is right! I have been working out my whole life, the kettlebells just made everything so much better, it’s an efficient workout, and all of his examples are great!
