1. Sensory Awakening - Spend few moments with eyes closed to sound around us as soon as you wake up
2. Spend 15min on the mat - Follow anything that energises your body and mind [Recommended are Tratak, parvatasana, bhastrika]
3. Read - May be something inspring, or whatever you want to read/study
4. 1 min rule - Tackle small tasks that will take 1min or less immediately
5. Connect with nature - Walk / Meditate with outdoor seating
