I have been doing this workout for about 15 days. I Have fairly muscular arms, but it was hiding all under the fat on my arms. Since I have been doing this workout, my arms are definitely more toned and muscular than ever! If you think you can't do this you are missing out on some toned arms because this really really works! Seeing the results, has given more confidence to keep moving!

Been doing a combination of the arms, legs, and butt victoria's secret model workouts for 4 straight days now. (along with one other 20 min morning yoga video). I think this equals to about 45~50 minutes of core muscle exercises & stretching. Also added in cool-down walking around the neighborhood for about 20 minutes each day. Haven't seen any noticeable difference yet, but I definitely feel myself gaining strength each day! I'm one of the average girls that get all shaky when doing planks/knee push ups.. but the shakiness lessened with each workout. Goal is to lose overall fat on arms/legs/thighs and hopefully achieve that thigh gap!! Will be back to post after 2 weeks! Wish me luck! :)

I can honestly say, after doing this for two or three months, my arms look so great. I'm so happy with them. My mom even notices how tone they look and she wants in on the exercises! I just eat lots of fruit, veggies, and lean meat like chicken, and I love salmon! They look very slim and you can see how tone they are. Move up your weights whenever you feel like the ones you're using are too easy. I started out with 5lbs and now I can do 9lbs.

Yes this is a toning workout. As a general rule of thumb, if you increase your time or repetitions and decrease the amount of weight you are using, you will get a better toning workout

I've been doing these workouts for a week every day and I can tell I got some muscles and I can kind of tell that I'm burning fat from the sides of my arms and that's what I wanted thank u so much Rebeca!!! Also love ur other work out videos they are really helpful!

I've just been realising that a lot of people are wondering if they will gain muscles with exercises. It really is just about what you eat, like models, they don't eat as much as other people do. So if you want to be bulky and all, make sure to eat a lot, but when I say "a lot" i mean eat A LOT of fruits and veggies and anything healthy. But if you want to be like a model, only eat meals, and don't eat anything unhealthy for you and your body. And obviously don't eat a lot. Its all about your diet folks! And just so you know, i use the modelling type of diet, and it really does work!! Most of the information provided here was given from my dad, and he's very fit! Hope you learnt something! Your welcome ;)

Rebecca is using weights that are 5 pounds each; 3-5 pounds is a good weight to start. When you use a heavy weight and do a lower number of reps, you'll see bulkier muscles form, as the body is building mass. Lighter weights and more reps will help you tone muscles.
