My only issue here is the 2nd guy is rowing in front of the Dumbbell rack.
Move tf over my guy, I'm about to pick the 70s for a quick set of lateral raises.

here is the difference
the second form more leaning almost parallel ground this gives abetter range of motion and more stretched lats than first form
also bringing elbow just to torso line to focus only on lats
first form elbow exceeds torso to include rear delt and some traps

The biggest thing is do you feel the targeted muscle.. If you do then keep doing the movement your doing. Idk how many times i have changed somthibg based on diffrent information i have recived scientific or otherwise and could not reach the desired feeling in the muscle. That does not mean it's not being worked but I'm all for if you feel the muscle you're working then its getting the job done.
