How he still has functioning knees at his age is probably the most interesting part.

Platz is right!!! Because doing any exercise the correct way is more important than anything!!! Today most bodybuilders do it the wrong way, the end result is injuries, muscle tear, fatigue, not getting the desired results!!! He is more humble and down to earth!!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍.

If I squatted that low, both of my patellas would have blown across the gym.

Platz may be the quad father but Jay is going to always be remembered for the quad stomp.

Love watching his squat videos - probably had one of the best forms in the bodybuilding world

Upright torso because of squat shoes. Which makes it easier to squat upright. It's like squatting with your heels on plates. You'll notice you can instantly squat straight up and down.

I not sure if I can take advice from Tom Platz as it relates to legs not because he didn’t put in intense work for his wheels but because he is genetically gifted.

I'm not saying he didn't train hard, but he didn't have such incredible quads from any particular way he trained them... It's his genetics. Everyone has that one muscle that grows easier than others, and his were the quads.

As much as I love Tom, humans can’t look like that without tons of anabolics, no matter how hard they train 💀😂

I think his shoulders were often an overshadowed muscle group. I would love to see his shoulder and trap workouts too.

It's simple
You need a rope to lift a certain weight
You need a WAY THICKER rope to hold that weight for longer
Same with muscle

Dope!
However, my main goal is to get stronger legs, not bigger legs.
So I guess the powerlifting way is best for me.
