I have been adding these Tom platz/sissy hack squat to my quad days and they’ve been perfect. I stretch a lot and focus on mobility so I think I’m in safe hands. Also I barely put any weight on the machine at most I’ll do 5kg on each side. Best feeling in my quads

That’s how I did them before I switched gyms loved them so much sadly my new gym doesn’t have the machine

These make your legs look like rugby players. Most guys don’t have access to hack squat. You can achieve this same thing with a foam roller against a wall with dbells. Good luck to y’all

Tom Platz isn't simply the king of Hack Aquads or Legs. PLATZ IS THE GOD EMPERAH OF BODYBUILDING. The Dude never was a Sellout, just pure passion about BB and Training and he is still in good shape. And again, he never was a total Sellout, just pir5e passion about the sport.

U would defo have to start slowly with this move, if you rush it your in for a disaster , this could defo work just would take a long time to get results as its all about conditioning the knees for the movement , the fact tom platz is not a cripple proves that it can work
